(Summary description)Studies have shown that placental growth factor (PLGF) can be used to predict preeclampsia (PE). However, the clinical management of pregnant women at high risk of PE, especially premature delivery caused by PE, is still a major clinical problem.《Placental growth factor predicts time to delivery in women with signs or symptoms of early preterm preeclampsia: a prospective multicenter study》It mainly evaluated the relationship between PLGF detection and delivery time in pregnant women with suspected preeclampsia, and proved that low concentrations of PLGF can independently and effectively predict preterm delivery.
