Hypertension in pregnancy (HDP) is a disease specific to pregnancy, a vascular disease that is mainly characterized by changes in blood pressure and is simultaneously affected by many factors. Postpartum hemorrhage is a more serious (HDP) complication and an important factor leading to maternal death. However, how to effectively prevent and reduce the occurrence of postpartum hemorrhage has not been effectively resolved in clinical practice. The People's Hospital of Ganyu District, Lianyungang City observed the prenatal and postpartum conditions of patients with different severity levels (HDP), aiming to analyze the relationship between the severity of hypertension and the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage.

The hospital collected 110 cases of patients with different degrees of HDP who attended the hospital from September 2016 to December 2017 and were delivered in the hospital for inclusion in the study. According to the severity of hypertension, the above population was divided into the HDP group (59 Cases), mild preeclampsia group (28 cases), severe preeclampsia group (17 cases), eclampsia group (20 cases), observe the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage in each group.

Observation of postpartum hemorrhage in each group

The study found that the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage in the HDP group, mild preeclampsia, severe preeclampsia, and eclampsia group were 3.39%, 7.14%, 17.64%, and 35%, respectively. Postpartum hemorrhage occurred in the severe preeclampsia group and the eclampsia group. The rates were significantly higher than those of the HDP group and mild preeclampsia, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage in the eclampsia group was also significantly higher than that of the severe preeclampsia group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05). See Table 1。

The relationship between the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage and the severity of HDP

The study also showed a positive correlation between the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage and the severity of HDP, that is, as the severity of HDP increases, the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage also gradually increases. See Figure 1。

In short, the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage in the severe preeclampsia group and the eclampsia group was significantly higher than that of the HDP group and mild preeclampsia; and the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage in the eclampsia group was also significantly higher than that of the severe preeclampsia group. The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage is positively correlated with the severity of HDP. As the severity of HDP increases, the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage also increases.

Actively strengthen health care and screening during pregnancy

Therefore, for patients with HDP, active measures should be taken to prevent postpartum hemorrhage, strengthen health care during pregnancy, and correct anemia and proteinemia in time; maintain a balanced diet, supplement calcium ions and maintain a balance, avoid prolonged use of antispasmodic drugs, and pay attention to the fetus Intrauterine state; when the condition is severe, the patient should be communicated and the pregnancy should be terminated. With the increase in the severity of HDP, the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage has also further increased. Active measures should be taken to prevent postpartum hemorrhage, strengthen health care during pregnancy, and correct anemia and proteinemia in time. At the same time, we should take precautions before they happen, make intervention predictions for pregnant women in advance, and actively carry out pregnancy screening. A large number of studies have proved that the serum PlGF value has a high predictive value for pregnancy-induced hypertension.。

  Aucheer PlGF detection reagent

Aucheer iRaTe PlGF detection reagent adopts time-resolved immunofluorescence detection technology. Compared with traditional fluorescence detection technology, it has more significant advantages in terms of analytical sensitivity and precision, as well as system anti-interference.。
